What makes your CBD products different?
All our products are made with hemp sourced from top leading growers across the US. Every batch is third-party lab tested for purity, potency, and safety. Our extraction partneres use clean methods to preserve the full spectrum of beneficial cannabinoids.
What's the difference between full-spectrum and broad-spectrum?
Full-spectrum contains all naturally occurring cannabinoids including THC (under 0.3%). Broad-spectrum removes THC while keeping other beneficial compounds. Both offer the "entourage effect."
How much CBD should I take?
Follow the recommended serving size on the product label. Many customers find it helpful to take their first dose at night before bed so they can observe how their body responds in a relaxed setting. Start with the suggested amount or less, then adjust gradually based on how you feel. Always consult your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
Are your products legal?
Yes. All our products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary, so please check your local regulations.
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
Full-spectrum products contain THC, which could potentially show up on a drug test. If this is a concern, we recommend our broad-spectrum or isolate products.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping on all orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working on. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
How do I start a return?
Email us at shop@partneredprocess.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days.
