Compliant Products FAQ
We recently started selling 10:1 CBD+THC Gummies from our new partner, Compliant Products. These gummies contain 5.6 or 10mg of legal Delta 9 THC. We realize how confusing these shifting laws and new products are for customers, so we wrote up this FAQ to help explain things:
How is this legal?
Hemp products are legally allowed to contain up to 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, or 3mg/g of Delta-9 thc. Super Gummies from Compliant Products actually contain closer to 0.2% THC or 2mg/g.
If these contain less than 0.3% THC, how do we provide so much total THC?
Through the power of math! Our large Super Gummy has an overall weight of 5.0 grams, and we can multiply 5.0 by 1,000 to get 5,000 milligrams. Then multiply 5,000 by 0.2% to get and you get 10 milligrams of legal Delta 9 THC. Our smaller Super Gummy is 2.8 grams and contains 5.6mg of legal Delta 9 THC.
Will I get high?
Well, you won’t be low.
How much should I take?
Our serving sizes on the label are designed for a smooth introduction to the product. We advise adhering to the recommended serving size until you are comfortable enough with your tolerance.
Is this a synthetic product?
No. The distillate used to make our gummies is derived straight from the hemp plant.
How is this different from Delta-8 THC?
Deltas 8 and 9 are both psychoactive compounds that occur naturally in the cannabis plant, and both produce a “high” sensation and/or feeling of euphoria. While Delta 9 is abundant in many cannabis plants, Delta 8 is only found in small traces, so it usually needs to be extracted and manufactured from CBD. Delta 8 products usually produce a similar, but more mild, experience than Delta 9, so choose accordingly based on what kind of experience you desire.
Will this product make me nervous?
Everyone responds differently, but the extra CBD that is also included in the Super Gummies helps to promote a calm state and mitigates some of the unwanted side effects of Delta 9 THC.
Can I buy this where I live?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states! However, it is important to remember that while it is technically a violation to restrict the transport of legal hemp products, there are a few states that still penalize consumers that do so. We advise everyone to educate themselves on their local laws and regulations.
